After 12 months of payments, yes — you own the site outright. You can continue with our hosting and support, or take the site to a different host. We'll give you all the files.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and we'll adjust the difference. Downgrading is available at the 12-month renewal point.
What if I need more pages?
Additional pages are available at £150 each (one-off cost). We can add these to your account at any time.
How long until my website is live?
Most pay-monthly sites are live within 1–2 weeks of signing up and returning your brief.
What happens if I cancel after 12 months?
You take the website files with you, including all content and images. We'll provide a migration guide and answer any questions. You own everything you've paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Your first monthly payment is due when the site goes live.
